This is an angry post, very angry post.


She didnt even give us the basic respect, why should WE even respect her. Ever since day 1 of work she already showed me that she didnt like me (and maybe my friends). Gave us poor attitude as a supervisor and all. Maybe she thinks she owns the world? (Shihui this is for you.)

I really liked working for ocktober fest, because i get to meet alot of people, atmosphere is really nice and you really work happily, and also pay is not bad. The only problem is her, SHAR__. When ever we walk into the Swissclub, she will give us that fuck face and say in a DAMN sarcastic manner "Good afternoon," and like sashayed away. Come on la, we didnt even give her any attitude, why is she so against us?

That chicken also walked away when we sent Shihui us as our representitive (Brave and powerful) t talk t her. With means of making peace and finding out why is she so against us. Shihui spoke to her nicely at a corner and she exploded "YOU ARE JUST HERE TO WORK BLAH BLAH BLAHHHHHHHHHHH" Okay fine! We are here to work, but please dont forget we are not your fucking slave/punchbag to release those angsty menopause syndromes/moodiness you are having. And best part, she walked damn fast after screaming, hahahahahah, she damn scared we'll start beating her up. I swear whole lesband really had the urge to go over to give her a damn big punch. I even practise on my pillow just now. BUT im not gg t work today. That bitch told people to ask some lesbanners not to work. _|_ Seriously, I think they mistaken us as some rebellious kids trying to find some trouble w them la. I swear IM NOT. I can work, under sucky management. But dont ever ever ever accuse us of stuff we didnt do. And what now? WE lost our jobs cause of some xcb's lousy attitude?

Employers should adopt good employment practices such as:

Recruiting and treating employees fairly and equally, without prejudice or discrimination;
