HAIR

Yesterday was really real life thinspiration (adapted from the girls working there too). All the models were.. models. Anyway, we got to rub noses with the finalists from Germany nxt top models. They are exceptionally nice, except for one. Wonder if they are so nice just cus the camera is around. Cus models arent always so friendly. Mine ytd wasnt the greatest but Im just glad she isnt as snobbish as the worst Ive met. Eileen was stiff.

My hair seems to have stop growing. Everyday for the longest time, Ive been thinking of cut my hair real short or shaving it. I thot that would be quite fun. But on the other hand, Im not really ready to let go of my hair which painstakingly took me more than two years to grow out. :(

I found these, only took those which I mite try.

For healthy hair/hair growth:
from here

1. Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables.
(80% of hair problems is solved with good diet!)

2. Brush your hair gently with wooden brushes

4. Trim tips once every month.

5. Never brush the hair when it is wet.

6. Massage aloe vera gel over the scalp and leave it for about one hour. After this rinse the hair with warm water. It gives amazing results for hair growth.

7. Massaging your scalp vigorously with your fingers promotes hair growth.

8. Rinsing your hair with one juiced lemon and one cup of water is said to bring
life and shine back to dull hair.

9. Rub olive oil into the scalp to promote hair growth.

10. Egg is excellent for the hair. It nourishes hair and adds shine. Whip up an egg and apply it to your hair once a week. Wash with a mild shampoo.

11. Food: Salmon, Tuna, Seaseme Seeds, Mushrooms, Cauliflower, Oranges, Tomatoes, Wheatgerm, green vegetables, fruits, sprouts, honey, cereals, nuts, grains, milk products, soybeans and raw vegetable salads. Good balanced diet keeps your skin and hair healthy.
